About Sasha
Hi, my name is Sasha and I'm a second-year undergraduate student in politics and international relations. I have long held a passion for languages: in addition to Spanish and my native English, I can speak Portuguese, French and Russian. I have completed a GCSE and A-Level in Spanish - in the latter I achieved an A* with 95%.
Aside from my studies, I am an avid follower of various sports whilst training for and competing in running and triathlon events. I am a curious person, naturally interested in the world ever since I was young. Learning a language is the best way you can create opportunities for yourself, and I highly encourage anyone with the chance to get a language qualification early on in their life to take it.

I have a strong knowledge of the AQA GCSE and A-Level Spanish courses, but can also adapt to other exam boards.
I can offer support across all language skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking and can also advise on the best ways to learn vocabulary and expose yourself to the Spanish language.
Having been born in Latin America, I offer teaching that is not solely focused on European Spanish but helps you to become aware of differences in language, cultural and historical contexts across the Spanish-speaking world, a necessary skill for excelling in A-Level Spanish and improving your general command of the language.
