About Grace
I am a History and Geography teacher from the UK with three years experience as a teacher and tutor.
I am extremely passionate about the subjects I teach and will always strive to make lessons as clear and easy to understand as I can. I have worked with many students with different abilities and know how to adapt content to suit different learners. I work to create positive relationships with my students and a productive culture where you are able to ask as many questions as you may have and feel comfortable in doing so.
I have worked with students aged 11-16 in a secondary school for the past three years and know how to stretch and challenge students to reach their full potential in the subject. Personalised, meaningful feedback is central to my approach so my students are consistently aware of their learning journeys and improvement targets.

I plan sessions and create resources which are individually tailored to students specific needs and break down key concepts and content into small chunks to support knowledge retention, making learning manageable, not overwhelming. I have been a History and Geography teacher for three years and tutored many students to improve their results.
I have experience working with both secondary school and primary school children, as well as with children with additional needs including Autism, Dyslexia and ADHD.
My lessons are 60 minutes long, for both primary and secondary age students.
