About Katie
Hello! My name is Katie, and I am a senior nursing student. Thus far I have achieved all A's in my courses, and I would love to help YOU achieve the same! I hold two office positions; I am the Breakthrough-To-Nursing Director for the Student Nursing Association and the Cohort Representative for the Student and Community Relations Committee. Through these clubs, I mentor multiple other students and assist them in their academic endeavors.

Each nursing class is different; however, the base is vital. I will make sure you have a strong foundation from your health promotions and health assessment classes. From there, I will help you focus on in depth handmade outlines for each topic/chapter covered. I utilize the Lippincott textbooks; from these books, I write out notes and create mnemonics. Repetition is KEY! I am helpful in NCLEX prep and Med-Math as well. I would gladly help run through problems and rationales with you.

My rate is a set $16.00 per hour. If you prefer a web camera session, I reduce the cost to $14.00 an hour. I will travel 20 miles. This is why I do have a set gas rate as well. I will add a flat $7.00 to travel for gas; my car gets low mileage unfortunately, but this fee is not tacked on to each our. It is a flat fee. Although the first session is free, if I need to travel I will add the $7.00 flat fee. My cancellation policy states if the student cancels within 24 hours of our set time and date, the hourly fee of $16.00 plus the flat gas fee of $7.00 or $14.00 (webcam) must be paid according to how many hours were scheduled. This is in place because I have created a time slot for you and perhaps may travel for you. If a cancellation occurs, I could have seen another client in that set time frame.
