I am a performance student at Point Park. I have given lessons since my junior year of high school (2016). I have many music accolades and awards in various ensemble groups eg. choirs, orchestras, and bands.

My teaching method is to introduce a topic and to keep reiterating said topic. For example I will start with counting, and when we move on to naming the notes, counting will be incorporated into the lesson as a friendly reminder of what it is and to promote retention of the stuff. I approach each topic rather slowly to ensure that he/she begins with a decent understanding before moving on to bigger and better things.
