About Joshua
HELLO! My Name is Joshua Herrell and ive been skateboarding for the last 16 years and i believe that i have the talent ,motivation and perspective Required to teach all age's of skater's
i would like to inform you that i have an increased knowledge in the laws of physics , motion
and thermodynamics regarding the field of skateboarding specifically
so if you would have me as your Teacher/Tutor i would be more than happy to help you learn how to Skate.

I Would like to use a mixed method of live video training ,and home study with tutorial's to allow for a
wider range of teaching the student's whatever there age may be...
this will include but is not limited to : (step by step video lesson's )
(understanding the physic's of skateboarding through the law's in which govern it)
(slow motion Video Tutorial's from different perspective angle's)

I would Base my classes according the the style of the skater/skater's that i have present in a session
as well as there current level of skating...
so for individual student's i would assess there style and level and teach accordingly to such
however with a group tutoring session its a little more complex
with group's i would first start off by checking to see if all students are attending the session
by name then once I've checked to ensure attendance of the class, I would continue by assessing each skater according to each of there style's one by one and then i would assess each of there levels of skating and categorize both into different sub-groups so
for example: group A=vert style and group b=street style while group c=park style
each group will have three or more sub groups depending on the level of each participant
sub groups are as shown below-
sub-group 1 - Beginner Level Skateboarding
sub-group 2 - Intermediate Level Skateboarding
sub group 3 - Advanced Level Skateboarding
so for example group a-1 is beginner vert skaters only
and group c-3 is advanced park skaters only and so on and so forth...
using this system i can ensure that people aren't risking injury as often and this allows for no mix ups between students learning levels ...
thus ultimately making sure that beginners aren't trying to do advanced level trick's before there ready to perform them.

Details
for students who have never skateboarded in there life and therefore have not learned the basics of riding the rate will be fixed at $15.00 an hour and will require the student and or there legal guardian to provide travel cost's as( i will only do private at home lessons for those individuals as well as for those of you who want to have extra private training apart from the base coarse that the group class will participate in...
if you purchase 5 hours of video training up front than ill only charge 20$ an hour
if you purchase 10 hours or more its a fixed price of 150$ for the whole 10 hour lesson
