About Ravi
Over 12+ years, I've gone from junior engineer to senior, sat on both sides of the interview table, and now run my own company as a solo founder. I know what it's like to hit a wall at the IC-to-senior transition and not have a clear answer for what's actually expected of you — and I know what separates a candidate who gets the offer from one who almost does. I coach directly and honestly: if something in your interview approach isn't working, I'll tell you why, and we'll fix it together rather than just running more practice questions.

Sessions are structured around where you are in your career journey — this isn't generic interview drilling.
A typical lesson (depending on your focus):
Mock interview (coding, system design, or behavioral) with detailed, honest feedback — not just "good job"
Debrief on what a senior/staff-level answer would sound like vs. what you gave
Career-navigation conversation: how to frame your experience, when to push for a title change, how to read the room in leveling conversations
Offer negotiation strategy and role-play, when relevant
Format: 1:1 online. Best suited for working engineers or recent grads with some experience — not a first-time-coder track. Come with a specific goal (an upcoming interview, a leveling conversation, an offer to negotiate) and we'll build the session around it.
