About Sabrina
Hello, I'm Sabrina, a Software Engineering graduate from Abu Dhabi University. Math has always been the subject I enjoy most, and it is the foundation of everything I studied, from algorithms to data science. I completed my IGCSE and AS/A-level studies under the British curriculum, and at university I was a peer tutor for courses Calculus 1 and Calculus 2.
I want to teach because I know how frustrating math can feel when a topic doesn't click, and how rewarding it is when it finally does. I'm patient, organized and friendly, and I explain things clearly in English (IELTS 7). My goal is to help every student build confidence and improve their results.

Hi, I'm Sabrina, a recent Software Engineering graduate from Abu Dhabi University. I teach Math to students in Grades 6–12 following the British or American curriculum, from core topics like fractions, algebra and geometry up to trigonometry and Calculus 1 and Calculus 2.
My lessons start with finding out where you're stuck. Then I explain each idea step by step with worked examples, and we practice together until you can solve the problems on your own. I use past-paper and textbook-style questions, and I can help with homework and exam revision. At university I was a peer tutor for Calculus 1 and Calculus 2, so I'm used to explaining difficult ideas in simple terms.
Lessons are about 60 minutes and can be adjusted to your needs.

I know Sabrina personally, I am someone who has anxiety with math but she will break down the idea of any mathematical problem or concept and simplify it so you can easily understand. She explains the logic behind it so you can work through other problems by yourself. She is a tutor who can give you the confidence to conquer your anxiety!
