About Shruthi

I am Shruthi Ambekar, a Senior Lead Engineer with over 11 years of experience in software testing and automation.
My IT career has given me strong skills in problem‑solving, structured thinking, and clear communication.
I am now beginning my journey as a teacher, eager to share my knowledge with school children.
As a novice in teaching, I bring fresh enthusiasm and a learner’s mindset to the classroom.
I simplify technical and abstract concepts into stories, visuals, and interactive activities that children can enjoy.
My classes follow a structured flow: introduction, explanation, practice, and reflection.
I encourage curiosity, questions, and discussions to make learning active and engaging.
My strength lies in connecting real‑world IT examples to everyday lessons for young learners.
I create a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities to grow.
My goal is to inspire school children to build strong foundations, confidence, and a love for learning.
