About Selin
I have 8 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hispanic Language Studies. My interest in Spanish developed through exploring language, culture, and communication across different Spanish-speaking communities. Teaching allows me to share that passion while helping students achieve meaningful language growth.
My teaching approach combines structure, encouragement, and interaction. I enjoy creating lessons that help learners use Spanish confidently in real-world situations rather than focusing only on theory. Every lesson is adapted to support individual learning goals and interests.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading Spanish literature, learning about cultural traditions, and following language education developments. These interests bring authenticity and variety into my lessons. Helping students gain confidence and connect with a new language remains one of the most rewarding parts of my profession.

My Spanish lessons focus on helping students communicate naturally and confidently in everyday situations. We work on pronunciation, grammar foundations, verb conjugations, listening comprehension, vocabulary building, and conversational skills through practical activities and engaging discussions. I encourage learners to use Spanish actively from the beginning so they develop confidence through real communication.
Each lesson is personalized to suit the learner’s goals and current level. Beginners practice essential phrases and sentence-building techniques, while advanced learners strengthen fluency, accuracy, and cultural understanding. Lessons include interactive exercises, roleplays, and guided conversations that support steady progress.
I create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable speaking, learning, and making mistakes. Regular feedback and supportive guidance help learners improve consistently while enjoying the learning process. My goal is to help students develop lasting confidence and practical Spanish communication skills.
