I am a dedicated tutor specializing in supporting students with moderate intellectual disabilities and autism, focusing on helping them become as independent as possible. My teaching method centers on positive reinforcement and a strengths-based approach, allowing me to create individualized lessons that target each student's specific strengths and needs. A typical session follows a structured, predictable routine: we begin with a welcoming warm-up, break core skills down into manageable steps, engage in interactive guided practice, and finish with formative assessment and positive reinforcement. What sets me apart is my genuine passion for student growth, my patience in adapting pacing in real time, and my commitment to creating a safe and positive learning environment.
