About Emma
I am a driven, passionate educator who has a growth mindset and always wants to become the best I can be. I firmly believe in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the building blocks for learning. I know I have to get to a student's level to help them learn.

I am an educator who has been working in the field of special education for over 10 years. I specialize in data-driven instruction, positive/applied behavioral interventions, and direct instruction.
I am driven by watching students become their very best through positive interventions. I firmly believe in building a strong rapport with each student I tutor in order to build on their own strengths rather than focusing on perceived weaknesses. I strive to infuse my work with passion, dedication, and a love of learning.
As an educator, my driving force is seeing changes (whether they be minuscule or massive) through the transformative power of positive interventions.
