I was a high school athlete doing many kinds of sports, I want to teach to spread my knowledge for everyone to learn how to keep fit and live a better lifestyle. Even if you have a busy schedule, I believe exercise can release stress and should be a part of everyone's lives.

Bianca is an amazing personal trainer with years of experience in the gym field. She's very knowledgeable and is able to cater to the personal needs of clients. She offers great support with diets (as she's a great chef too!) and is able to modify and plan fantastic workout sets for her clients. She's also a very kind, patient person (with a great sense of humour) that will be your #1 motivator.
