About Ershad
I am a professional Iranian musician, studied daf and tombak in Iran among the great masters of these instruments, such as Bahman Rajabi, Farbod Yadollahi (tombak), Erfan Beomidehagh and Bijan Kamkar (daf). I am a Persian percussion teacher from 2004 and I worked as a titular teacher in Tehran (Iran) from 2005 until 2011 (the year I moved to France) in institutes like "Part Music Institute" "Boroumand Music Institute" and "Free Classes of Tehran University of Arts"etc. I have a Bachelor of Music from the Faculty of Music of the University of Arts in Tehran (classical double bass) and I graduated as a baroque double bass at CRR de Paris in 2018. I am based in France since 2011 and I collaborate with ensembles such as: Tarab of Iran, Japanistan, Celsant, Seraphim Ensemble.

My methodology is based on oral teaching and written standard methods. The beginning of learning will be by methods such as: 1. Bahman Rajabi tombak method (1st book) 2. Farbod Yadollahi tombak method (1st book). the oral method (sine-be-sine in Persian) will be applied from the intermediate level. For learning daf, I work with books like: 1. 100 lessons of daf (Madjid Vatanian) 2. The method of Daf by Masoud Habibi.

Details
I teach at Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (RER A: Le Parc de Saint-Maur). I have the possibility to move for students who wish to have class at their home (only in Paris)
