About Marcos
I am a distance learning PhD student in Economics at the University of Angers in France. I have over two years of experience teaching Economics and Business to international students of varying levels and academic goals, both in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and in A-Levels (Cambridge, Pearson, and AQA).
My English is fluent. It is the language I use to write my doctoral dissertation, and I have also taught many of my students in English. It is also the language I use in my personal life on a daily basis.

My teaching method rests on two pillars:
First, I explain complex economic and business concepts clearly and concisely, using easy-to-understand examples. Once the concepts are grasped, the exercises become readily achievable.
Second, my method is carefully designed to maximize scores on official exams by explaining precisely how to answer questions according to the official markscheme.
I also offer support for Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE), developing a customized plan for each student and assisting them in implementing it in class. My classes are suitable for students who understand the subject matter but struggle with the preparation of official papers, as well as for students who lack a solid foundation and require more in-depth support.
