I am a passionate rugby Coach, with over 6 years of coaching experience at primary school level. I have a diploma in Sport Science which allows me to take a more modern scientific approach to coaching, player development, physical fitness, recovery post injury and mental / psychological strength.

I coach players to understand their role and to understand why the skill is necessary and how to apply these skills in match situations. I am fluent in English and I speak and understand Afrikaans very well although not as fluent. What a player can expect from me skill development consistent feedback and communication in his or her progress and development. preferably I would like to coach kids that between 10 and 11
