Perfect for anyone looking for a supportive, no-nonsense coach in Malaysia.Trainer Kevin is professional and friendly. He guided me through systematic strength training sessions in 3 months. In these 3 months, my energy level greatly improved, I can sleep better, I feel stronger, from L size to now I can wear M. Thanks Kevin, you are a great trainer.
