About Michaela

I am a student at the University of South Carolina Upstate studying sports and exercise science, with a minor in psychology and sports nutrition. I have been helping others with better lifestyle changes such as: eating healthy, exercise, holistic medicine rather than pharmaceuticals, meditation, and counseling.

I am a very empathetic person and teacher. I understand that we all go through things in life that may have been the reason for our poor lifestyle choices like: smoking, drinking, partying, eating an entire chocolate cake in a matter of minutes, and sitting on the couch watching the TV because we have nothing better to do.
