About Komal
I am a sports scientist who is graduated in Centre for sports science (CSS) at Sri Ramachandra Medical College (SRMC),Chennai. I want to use my skills, learning and experience to help others reach to their fitness goal. I am good at designing workout programs to clients based on their goals.
Skills: 1 on 1 Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction, Client goal setting and motivation, Customised exercises, Strength and Conditioning (S&C).

-Firstly according to your goals i plan the class and schedule the workout plan.
-We start our class with stretching and warmup and go to the main workout.
-So basically classes would include workout programs like strength training, hypertrophy, weight loss training , cardiovascular training and HIIT and for sports person there would be program based on their sporting demands and personal goals.
-Classes would be more fun and enthusiastic way for all types of population from children to old age people.
