Fitness lover for 6 years, it's my turn to share this passion with you; support you in your goals in the most fun way possible. My training (Pilates, Stretch, muscle strengthening, cardio) allows me to take care of you in the best way possible.

About the lesson

Any good follow-up begins with an interview in order to see your work preferences, your objectives, any pathologies and most of all to see, at first, your placements to overcome various problems (mobility / flexibility problem, blocking on one side, ..). This first session will allow us to navigate as quickly as possible towards your objectives and that, in complete safety.
