I have been both thin, and overweight, I have been healthy and unhealthy. I've been toned and squishy! I know the upkeep it takes to keep looking or being a certain way. I also know what it is like having health problems, as I have psoriatic arthritis and I am a diabetic. I understand the challenges and have had to learn new ways to exercise.
