About Theo
I'm currently studying Materials Science and Engineering at Imperial College London, where physics is a core part of my degree — from quantum mechanics and thermodynamics to electricity, magnetism, and mechanical behaviour. I achieved top grades in A-Level Physics and Maths myself, so I understand both the academic content and the pressure of exams. I’ve always enjoyed explaining concepts to others, and I take pride in breaking down complex ideas into simple, relatable steps. My approach is calm, supportive, and tailored to each student’s pace and needs — whether you need a confidence boost, help catching up, or are aiming for an A*. As someone who's been through the A-Level system recently, I know exactly what examiners expect and how to develop the right habits for long-term success. I'm also happy to support students with revision planning, time management, and making the leap from GCSE to A-Level, which can feel overwhelming at first. Most importantly, I want students to enjoy learning physics — not just memorise formulas, but really understand what's going on and see how it connects to the world around them.
