Selection of teaching methodology as such depends on learner characteristics. I generally prefer real-life scenarios, case study, examples, practical applications of concepts with visual, oratory or activity based methodology. Many times I stress on the student to solve easy to medium level practice questions given by me afterwards in my absence. Self -learning after proper facilitation helps a lot.
