I believe dancing is a form of art that helps to ease our minds and helps to relax our bodies. Typically my Dance class runs around 1hr - 2hr depending on the student's interest and skills. Dancing helps to keep our bodies fit and fine, women who would like to maintain physical fitness can join the class rather than going to the gym which also helps in free movement in the body.
I take classes for 5+ year old kids who have passion to learn bollywood Dance to 45 year old women/ men who loves to dance can join .
