About Ellie
When I was younger I struggled with Maths but after a lot of hard work I achieved the highest grades possible for both Maths and Further Maths at A-Level and GCSE - and now I'm doing it at university!
My hobbies include performing poetry and music as well as learning languages. I also love rollerskating!
I have been a teacher for 4 years - tutoring Maths, English, French and Drama. I think its very important to have fun while we work and have a relaxed working environment - Maths doesn't have to be really stressful!

I have experience teaching kids from age 4-16. I am a passionate teacher and my goal is to make each and every tutee feel accomplished and proud of themselves.
Lessons will be based on your individual syllabus and I can help with topics as you are learning them in class or revisit tricky ones.
Maths is a subject that a lot of people feel they need an extra boost with - but often the issue is the common mindset that Maths is too difficult to understand. I aim not only to help my tutees with their schoolwork over the course of the sessions, but to cultivate a sense of confidence in their mathematical abilities that will benefit them throughout life.
