About Venosha
I am very enthusiastic about educating the future generation. I was inspired by one of my teachers, who gave me the passion to pursue a career in primary education. Tutoring will help me in my path towards teaching, I will be given opportunities to spend time with children from a range of backgrounds, I enjoyed my time throughout school and want to be responsible in helping children to develop their full potential. This will most certainly increase my self-esteem, as it highlights the impacts of having a healthy, positive mindset which will influence my motivation and understand my full potential so I will feel inspired to take on new challenges. I have been fortunate to have gained some work experience at a local YMCA pre-school, where I experienced some work with 3- and 4-year-old children. I was able to observe and shadow some experienced Early Years practitioners. I have achieved and acquired many characteristics growing up as the eldest in a household with 2 younger siblings. Due to this, I have acknowledged that being an eldest daughter takes up a lot of responsibility. I became an independent individual and strongly believe that I have been a supportive sister to both of my siblings, helping them with schoolwork, playing educational games like board games to improve their development and knowledge however, I helped them to take part in physical activities which they very much enjoyed. I believe that I have the knowledge of teaching since, I consider myself as a positive influence on others.
