I’ve been you. Struggling with assignments, work, juggling everything in life and trying to keep everything under control with no real coping mechanisms. This is where I come in, I want to teach you the coping skills I have learnt over the years and mental health management techniques so that you can succeed with health challenges!

Every student and parent that are support are completely unique and have entirely their own set of goals, my priority is to help students set SMART goals and learn strategies to help improve productivity and manage executive dysfunction. Managing eduction and life with disabilities or challenges of any kind can be incredibly difficult, I know, I’ve been there, so here’s to hoping I can teach you a few tricks!
