About Holly
As a person with ADHD who has completed 11 GCSE's (grades A* - B), A-Levels (ABB) and a Bachelors Degree (hons) and been in the world of work for 5 years I can share my first-hand experience of forming strategies for thriving in different educational and professional settings. I have experience in mentoring and coaching and am a very empowering and encouraging in my approach. I use a systems approach to support anyone I work with and focus on establishing goals based on your values and needs.

My sessions will be totally led by your needs. We will start with an assessment of your goals and specific areas of focus. I can support you in advocating for your needs, creating resources and strategies to not only cope but achieve your goals and find ways to care for yourself as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world.
