Understanding the individual needs of a student and tailoring the tutoring experience to challenge and build upon established fundamentals. Encourage creative problem solving rather than the limited memorisation often unfortunately taught in schools. I structure lessons entirely based around what the student needs and understand that it might look very different for different people.
