About Amanda
I have been a special education teacher, and all subjects in grades 1-12 teacher all over America in the past seven years.
I have gotten to work with so many great students of all ages from so many different backgrounds, families, and cultures.
It fills my cup when I think of all the positive experiences that teaching has brought me. I love helping students cross language barriers, culture barriers, create conversational English and more. I have been teaching for seven years. I really like teaching ESL and I love teaching English to everyone!!
I enjoy assisting students in handwriting , creative writing, writing for the sciences, paragraphs, editing essays, and so much more!!
Most of my English teaching experience comes from working with students who speak a language other than English at home.
I know it can be tricky to balance two languages and pursue college readiness writing skills, conversational skills, processing directions, and taking in other subjects in your second language.Let’s get those spinning plates to slow down!
