About Risa
I have been teaching Japanese one-on-one for more than a year now, and I've taught over 30 students in a 6-month span. Students aiming to pass the JLPT exams are also welcome! I love learning about my students' different cultures as much as I love teaching Japanese. My passion is to support people on their journey of learning Japanese, regardless of where they come from and what they do! I aim to create a wonderful space where I can teach Japanese while cherishing encounters with many people and getting to know their cultures and personalities.

I structure my lessons based on my students' goals and the learning method that best suits them. I also prepare 3-5 minute word games and quizzes to ensure my students are having fun and feeling motivated to learn. I have experience teaching students ranging from 10 to over 40. Lesson materials are also prepared by me. I can teach Japanese from an elementary school level to vocabulary and expressions that will be useful in the future, and I can explain things carefully in either Japanese or English, so you can study with me with confidence.
