About Enoch Hajong
I was born into a Korean American family, with a mom who didn’t settle for mediocrity. She taught me discipline and math skills from a very young age and though it was definitely hard at times, I learned to love math. In highschool I excelled in math, taking algebra 1 and 2, geometry, precalculus, and calculus 1. I also studied intensively for the SAT and got a perfect score of 800 on the math section. In college I have taken calculus 2 and continue to love math. Through my time learning math, I have seen many people struggle in the classroom setting, but all it takes is one person to shift their perspective and it all comes together. That is why I believe one on one math tutoring is a valuable asset. I will not only teach you concepts but also help you to understand them, remember them, and manipulate them freely, and hopefully you will learn to love math as well like me!

I am currently a college student at Andrews University so I understand how frustrating math can be while tackling all your other classes. I understand people learn in many different ways so I can adapt to your style of learning, whether through visualization or verbalization. I try my best to help students to understand concepts on a deeper level, not just understanding the steps. I took geometry, algebra 2, precalculus, and calculus 1 in high-school and scored a perfect score of 800 on the math section of the SAT, so I can teach SAT math prep, algebra 2, precalculus, geometry, and trigonometry with expertise. I have also taken calculus 2 in college so I have an understanding of advanced math concepts as well.
