About Alizée
Coming from various studies in language, yoga and circus, I am currently a trainer at the Annecy circus school. At the same time, I give yoga classes to prepare your body well for acrobatic or handstand practices since my specialty is acroyoga.

I teach sports yoga (physical preparation for practicing acroyoga or circus) using several styles that complement each other: I start with some pranayama to learn how to observe your breathing then a little hatha to explain the basics for beginners. For the intermediates, I rather teach a flow of vinyasa which goes towards learning inversions (balances on the hands, headstands, crow... etc)
