About Karina
Hi there! My name is Karina!
I'm 26 years old and then I'm a terrible nerd.
I play computer games in my spare time, which I also include in my teaching if that is one of your interests. YES, one can play computer games AND learn something at the same time. One just needs to know how.
If computer games are not your cup of tea, don't worry. I can easily teach without. I am very interested in what your hobbies are, as it is my experience that if there is a basic topic that interests you, then you remember and learn faster.
I am studying to be a teacher at VIA University College, where we learn about the more pedagogical aspects of teaching competencies. That is, how one is patient and understanding that some things are more difficult than others, even though it may seem straightforward for oneself.
Patience is one of my strongest sides.

All teaching is adapted to the individual lesson, but I do not like ordinary, sorry language, boring assignment-on-sheet teaching.
If the subject allows it, there will be an unusual spin on the teaching.
One method I have had great success with is using students' interest in computer games to get the student to focus on the text, especially with Minecraft and environmental descriptions.
Involving the student's personal interests is a turn I try to take on all the topics that are asked. This makes it easier for the student to remember the topic after the lesson is over.
I like to teach everyone. From the very young, when I myself have a son who has just started in 0th grade, to the big teenagers.
I am a teacher student, and in 2024 I have completed my education as a Danish, English and visual arts teacher in school.
