About Julia
I have been teaching the Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 specifications for 6 months. I have taught a variety of abilities and ages in preparation for GCSE and A Level assessment.
I enjoy working with young people hugely, and understanding their interests is the key to getting the best out of them in English.

I am a young, English teacher trainee with experience of teaching Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 to students aged between 11-18.
I am able to give one-to-one tutoring to students who require extra support with basic literacy, and in preparation for GCSE English Language and Literature examinations.
Tutoring sessions will be tailored to the individual; assessing what level of support is needed, and adapting my teaching styles to suit. It's really all about finding ways of getting the best out of that young individual- so we can do whatever is required to get there!
