About Erin
I love teaching and I love helping students reach their goals. I am a patient and compassionate teacher that will go above and beyond to make sure that you have every opportunity to be successful in reading and writing. I have been trained in many different programs for reading, including The Science of Reading, CORE Reading, and Orton Gillingham. I will use every tool in my repertoire to help you become a confident and fluent reader.

I focus on students in the primary grades, that need support in reading and writing. I use science of reading techniques, CORE reading foundations, and the latest research-based programs to reach students where they are. I believe in hands-on learning and using different modalities that encourage better retention and engagement from students. I have been tutoring students for over 10 years in reading and I have been recognized several times by my current district for exceptional growth in my students' test scores in reading.
