About Lesley-Anne
Having taught in schools for the past 19 years I would prefer to teach phonics to children aged 4+ as well as Maths & English to children aged 4-11. I would like to teach conversational English to adults. Any adults who need additional support with reading or Maths & English as well can be done.

Each person or child learns in their own way and has different needs. My lessons will be tailor-made to each student based on their ability. The aim of each session is to make the student feel comfortable and relaxed and empowered with new knowledge. Questioning is tailored to the student and will be used to check their understanding based upon their ability. Sessions can be 30 minutes to 1 hr depending on what the session is for and the age of the student. Younger pupils could benefit from a shorter 30-minute session. I have a BA in French and a B.Ed teaching qualification for K-12 in French Immersion. I have 19 yrs of teaching experience and have tutored 5yr olds up to 13 and adults in conversational French. Can tutor children from Reception age to Year 6 and adult conversational English.
