My professional experience as a teacher includes teaching grades 2 through 5 for 9 years, math coaching teachers in grades K through 7, and creating math curriculum for a local school district. My experience allows me to understand what students and teachers need to help connect the dots for all levels of student ability.

I teach students in a way they can connect to math with everyday life experiences to allow students to make connections and remember math easier. Math is not just math. It is what we use everyday and it should be taught this way with a fun twist!
