About Lois
My name is Lois, I am a university student who studies Maths to further my knowledge in hope of one day becoming a maths teacher. My passion started during my time at school where I found it difficult to understand and process things quickly; this led to me having to spend time at home figuring out which techniques and methods worked for me. In doing this, I learnt multiple different ways that I now use in a classroom setting when some students ‘understand!’

Typically, I do 1:1 lessons where I focus on the topics you are struggling with specifically at GCSE level. If you don't know which areas are your strengths or weaknesses, I will normally do an exam paper in the first lesson to see where you are and then plan our lessons around that! I go back and forth with multiple techniques and methods to see exactly what works for you as we know not everyone learns the same :)
