About Quanita
I am a fun-loving, bubbly individual who is highly invested in the well-being and development of others. I want the best for the people around me, and I will do this through teaching.
Dance has provided me with confidence, people skills, and clear communication needed in my everyday life.
I am an experienced dance teacher, working for 6 years, teaching from ages 6- adult.
Some of my dance work includes dancing back-up for numerous performers and singers, cheerleading in the IPL, and appearing in the US Netflix film: Afterlife of the Party.

I am here to take your dancing skills to the next level. Whether you want to learn some cool party moves or improve your fitness.
Learn to carry a beat as a beginner, or simply build confidence and feel great in your body!
The aim is to have fun while you learn.
A typical lesson with me will include a warm-up and workout session, followed by technical training (don't worry, it's not as boring as it sounds) and a fun new routine to learn. Lastly, I end off with a cooldown and stretch session.
Available for group and one-on-one lessons, online and offline (In Cape Town).
