About Navinkumar

I am an Engineer and have learned this art from my guru khot Saheb. This art includes different styles of spinning a lathi, self-defense, performing a show with fire-caught Lathi and synchronization of movements of Lathi.

About the lesson

Firstly this training starts with a quick warmup and basics of lathi-kathi. Further the level increases with perfect movements of Lathi. The training ends with a warm down exercise.

If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough..

Mr. Navinkumar has the ability to explain the complex subject in very simple and lucid manner.

So ever Physics can be fun and easy.
