About Yogacharya Vijay
I am a yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with others. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for the last 10 years. I specialize in teaching yoga postures, as well as cleansing techniques such as jal neti, sutra neti, vaman, kunjal, and shatkarma. These techniques help to purify the body and mind, and enhance the yoga practice.
My classes are suitable for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced. I focus on teaching proper alignment, breathing, and awareness, and I tailor each class to the needs and goals of the students. I also incorporate elements of meditation and relaxation, to help students achieve a state of balance and harmony.
I believe that yoga is more than just a physical exercise, but a way of life that can improve one’s health, happiness, and well-being. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge of yoga. I have completed several yoga teacher training courses, including a 5 year master degree in yoga. I am also certified in CPR and first aid.
