About HITESH
I have been a student who has worked hard and smart at the same time, and having a long time teaching experience I am aware of the challenges faced by students during the learning process. So I seek to resolve all of those issues such as lack of motivation, interest , difficulty in having focus , etc. faced by students .
Also my classes remain engaging and interactive , and I try to incorporate practical demonstrations for a clear understanding of the subject .
Sharing one' knowledge leads to enhancement in one's understanding is the core principle of teaching I believe in.

My teaching approach is student centric where the methodology and the pace are decided as per the needs of the student . My basic aim remains that the student gets a comprehensive understanding and a feel of the subject for which I seek for new innovative and creative methods of learning.
For my student , I try to build first the foundational aspects of a topic and then go for advanced sections . Also I relate the topic to real life situations to generate the interest of the student.
My classes are intended for upto senior secondary school level (12th grade ) .
