My teaching philosophy revolves around making learning fun and interactive. I believe that every student is unique in its own way. Therefore, my approach is to first understand student’s personal preferences & understanding about a subject.
To achieve this goal, I focus on giving quality attention to each student personally. By doing so, I establish strong connections with my students, making myself accessible and approachable to him. I believe in removing any hesitations or emotional barriers they may face by engaging them not only academically but also personally on their interests.
Furthermore, I encourage students to dedicate time daily towards meditation or mindfulness exercises. This practice enhances focus, reduces stress, and improves retention capabilities. These benefits extend beyond academics into other aspects of life as well.
I'm not particularly eager to provide a direct answer. Instead, I encourage students to ask questions and think in a step-by-step logical manner. This fosters their critical thinking skills and builds confidence in them to solve any problem by themselves.
