About Brennen
Hello! My name is Brennan, and I’m a TEFL-certified English teacher with a passion for helping students succeed. With years of experience working as a peer tutor, private tutor, college counselor for international students, and summer school instructor, I’ve developed a flexible and effective teaching approach that adapts to each student’s unique learning style and goals.

My approach to teaching English is all about making the learning process engaging, practical, and tailored to the student’s unique needs. I use a student-centered approach, focusing on interactive and immersive methods to help learners feel confident and comfortable using English in real-life situations. Whether we’re practicing conversational skills, mastering grammar, or expanding vocabulary, I ensure every lesson is clear, encouraging, and fun.
A typical lesson with me starts with a quick warm-up to set the tone and review previous material. From there, we dive into the day’s objectives, which could include role-playing everyday scenarios, exploring new vocabulary with real-world examples, or breaking down tricky grammar concepts with visuals and exercises. We wrap up with a quick review and an opportunity for you to ask questions or share your thoughts.
