About Gaylene
I'm a native English Speaker - patient and kind, and enjoy one-on-one communication in a relaxed atmosphere. I can help you with reading, writing, and speaking English, for whatever reason it is that you need to learn English.
In our first lesson, I'll ascertain where you're at and thereafter tailor our lessons to suit your goals and needs, by using the correct grammar and vocabulary to use in specific situations.
I will strive to build your confidence by encouraging you to ask questions and to speak, as practice is the only way to learn a new language.
It's also very important to enjoy what you're learning, so we'll share what you're interested in and make it fun!
with a positive outlook with a receptive approach to learning, patient, with attention to detail in listening and communicating with strong interpersonal sensitivity to achieve challenging objectives.

In our first lesson I will listen to your needs to ascertain what your goals are in learning English. From there we will discuss topics relevant to your situation, using either pictures, or listening to your questions. It is by asking questions that we learn, and so you are welcome to ask, and I will do my best to answer to help you build the necessary vocabulary needed no matter your age or what level you are at.
