About Evy
I spent a year abroad in Central America with my sole focus on providing English lessons to a variety of students. Since then, I have volunteered and tutored on multiple different occasions. Teaching English and being a part of my students' language learning is something that has brought me a lot of joy. It is something I am very passionate about. I am currently undergoing a certificate program to improve my teaching skills even further.

I feel that every student is different in what skills they need to focus on, so my teaching approach is very focused on individuals. I am continually doing further research on a variety of teaching methodologies to ensure I can provide a well-rounded approach. A typical lesson plan for me will be more focused on one area that the student feels they want to improve in, and then I incorporate small sections about the other areas to provide continual learning.
