About Pauline
I am an experienced food / chef specialising in food innovation, nutrition and new trends. I have qualifications in Food Consumer Services, Outcomes- Based Education and Desktop Publishing.My industry experience includes an extensive background in catering, food media and advertising and diverse experience in food product development. In total, I have worked for more than 20 years in both operational and innovation focused positions. I possess both practical strengths in food preparation and management for various sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and hospitality as well as management ability in food innovation for both small and large companies in challenging and unconventional environments. I develop content for contextual learning to incorporate and embed sound and confident knowledge to learners.
