About Michelle
I have been practicing Yoga for over ten years and having been trained in India, the birthplace of the discipline, by a master from a lineage dating back more than 1300 years. I am a certified RYT200 teacher in a lifelong learning journey and I offer to accompany you on the path of reconnexion to Self.

I adapt my teaching to each student and I base on my daily practice, which aims to increase the awareness of the body of the mind through postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama) acting at deep levels of consciousness, thus bringing relaxation and renewed energy.
