About Andy

I'm Andy and I've been practicing Yoga for 5 years and teaching for 2. Over the years my practice has evolved and I've learned so much and managed to relieve the pain caused from muscular imbalances. Not only has the practice helped me physically, it's also helped me to deal with my thoughts and emotions in a way thay nothing else has.Nothing brings me more joy than focusing on breath and moving out of my head in to my body and I would love to share that joy with you
