About Tee
Hi, I'm a trained meditation and yoga teacher with qualifications in breathwork and other modalities. My way of working is based on the primal wisdom of our ancient ancestors. They kept life simple, moving, creating, and celebrating the natural world that sustained them. Too many of us feel unmotivated and disconnected. I have tried and tested tools to help you create a new paradigm for your life, bringing happiness, positivity, energy and presence!

I'm a qualified meditation teacher who has seen first-hand how we can process and move on from our traumas. I did the Hoffman Process some years ago, and saw how a holistic approach to healing can really transform someone's life. My own methodology involves finding the right balance of ancient wisdom with modern developments. We all need to find time for ourselves, move our bodies in a healthy way, eat well, and spend more time in nature. Creativity is a powerful outlet that should not be underestimated. I'm flexible about lesson length, but recommend 45 mins to 1 hour at least for the first sessions, to make real progress. Everyone is welcome!
